LEOSA Reform Act

This bill expands the rules about who can carry hidden firearms in more places. It would allow certain active and retired law enforcement officers, as well as people permitted by their state to carry concealed guns, to bring firearms into school zones, national parks, public areas on government or private property, and certain federal buildings open to the public. The bill also lets states reduce how often retired law enforcement officers need to pass qualification tests to keep carrying concealed firearms.
