Veterans Mental Health and Addiction Therapy Quality of Care Act

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to try to make an agreement with an outside organization to study how the quality of mental health and addiction treatment from the VA compares to the quality of the same types of care from non-VA providers. The outside organization must make its findings available to the public.
