Haiti Economic Lift Program Extension Act of 2025

This bill extends special rules that allow certain clothing products made in Haiti to be brought into the United States without paying import taxes, continuing this benefit through 2035. It also tells the President to make any needed changes to the official U.S. trade schedule so that products that previously lost their eligibility for this tax-free treatment can get it back.
