Billion Dollar Boondoggle Act of 2025

This bill requires the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to gather information from federal agencies about government projects that are either more than five years behind schedule or have gone at least $1 billion over their original cost estimate. Agencies would have to report details each year, including what the project is, why it's delayed or over budget, the original and current cost estimates, and any bonuses that were paid out in connection with the project. OMB would then be required to compile all of this information into a yearly report, send it to Congress, and post it on its website.
