End FEMA Benefits for Illegal Immigrants Act

This bill would stop FEMA from running a program called the Shelter and Services Program, which gives grants to public and nonprofit organizations to temporarily provide shelter, food, transportation, and other services to noncitizen migrants who have been released from government custody while they wait for their immigration court hearings. The bill would also take back any unspent money that was sent to FEMA for this program during the 2023 and 2024 budget years.
