TRUE Accountability Act

This bill requires the Office of Management and Budget to create guidelines for certain federal agencies so they have plans ready to go when emergencies or crises happen. These plans are meant to help agencies prevent wasteful or improper spending, keep accurate financial records, and follow the law during emergency situations. The agencies must send their plans to the Office of Management and Budget from time to time, and then those plans must be shared with Congress.
