Government Spectrum Valuation Act

This bill requires a government agency called the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) to regularly estimate the dollar value of the radio airwaves (electromagnetic spectrum) that are assigned to federal agencies. Each federal agency that uses a portion of these airwaves must include the estimated value of that spectrum in its yearly budget and financial reports.
