A bill to require the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information to audit Federal spectrum.

This bill requires a government agency called the National Telecommunications and Information Administration to review and report to Congress on how the government is using its assigned radio airwaves (also called electromagnetic spectrum). The report must show which parts of the airwaves each government agency is using, where they are using them, how they are using them, and how much they are being used.
