Guarding Readiness Resources Act

This bill changes the rules for how the National Guard Bureau handles money it gets back from states or U.S. territories like Guam when they use military equipment or property. The money that comes back must be put into the same account that originally paid for the expense, or into a current account used for the same purpose. That money can only be used by the Department of Defense for things like repairing, maintaining, or replacing equipment and other assets that National Guard units used while working under state orders.
