A bill to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to ensure veterans may obtain a physical copy of a form for reimbursement of certain travel expenses by mail or at medical facilities of the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

This bill says the Department of Veterans Affairs must make sure veterans can get a paper copy of the form used to request travel reimbursement at any VA medical facility or have it mailed to them. Veterans must also be allowed to turn in the form in person at any VA medical facility or send it by mail, and the facility must review the form and process the claim.
