Increasing American Jobs Through Greater United States Exports to Africa and Latin America Act of 2025

This bill requires the President to create a plan to increase the amount of goods and services the U.S. sells to Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean, with a goal of tripling those exports within 10 years. The President would also need to develop a training program for certain trade and foreign service officers. The Department of Commerce would be required to appoint two special coordinators — one focused on Africa and one on Latin America and the Caribbean — to oversee the effort to boost U.S. exports to those regions.
