Lobbying Disclosure Improvement Act

This bill would require people who are registered as lobbyists to report whether they are excused from also having to register as foreign agents because of their lobbyist status. Basically, if a lobbyist gets a pass on foreign agent registration rules, they would have to say so in their lobbying disclosures.
