No Budget, No Pay Act

This bill says that members of Congress cannot get paid during a fiscal year until both the Senate and the House approve a budget plan and pass all of the regular spending bills for that year. If their pay is held back during that time, they cannot receive it later to make up for it. The bill would go into effect on September 29, 2027.
