Fair College Admissions for Students Act

This bill would stop colleges and universities that receive federal student aid money from giving an advantage in admissions to applicants because they are related to donors or former students of the school. If a college participates in federal student aid programs, it would not be allowed to favor these applicants over others during the admissions process.
