Arsenal Workload Sustainment Act

This bill requires the Department of Defense to create a five-year test program that gives an advantage to companies that work with government-owned Army arsenals when competing for military contracts. Companies that don't use a government-owned arsenal would have 20% added to their bid price, making it harder for them to win contracts. The program also gives preference to companies that use the Army's Advanced Manufacturing Center of Excellence and requires that at least 25% of the work done through these partnerships is carried out by Department of Defense employees.
