Avian Flu Vaccination Strategy Act

This bill requires the Department of Agriculture to create a plan for vaccinating poultry against a serious type of bird flu called highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI), which can cause severe illness or death in birds. The plan must be developed with input from the U.S. Trade Representative and must follow World Trade Organization rules.
