Defending American Sovereignty in Global Pandemics Act

This bill says the United States cannot join a World Health Organization (WHO) agreement about preventing and responding to pandemics unless the Senate approves it as a formal treaty, which requires a two-thirds vote from the senators present. It also stops federal money from going to the WHO starting when such an agreement takes effect and lasting until the Senate officially approves it.
