Saving Our Veterans Lives Act of 2025

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to set up a program that gives eligible people a free firearm lockbox or a voucher to get one if they ask for it. The VA must also create and post a video on its website about storing firearms safely as a way to help prevent suicide, and it must share information about the benefits of secure gun storage. The VA is required to run a public education campaign letting eligible people know about the lockbox program and making clear that participating in the program does not affect anyone's legal right to own a firearm.
