COMPLETE Care Act

This bill increases Medicare payments for doctors who provide mental health services combined with other medical care. For the years 2027 through 2029, these payments would go up significantly, starting at 175% more in 2027 and gradually decreasing each year. The bill also sets aside money from 2025 through 2029 to help primary care doctors' offices get expert guidance on how to start offering mental health services alongside their regular medical care.
