Medicare Dental, Hearing, and Vision Expansion Act of 2025

This bill would add dental, hearing, and vision coverage to Medicare. It would cover things like teeth cleanings, dentures, hearing aids, routine eye exams, and eyeglasses. The government agency that runs Medicare would set payment rates for these services and would gradually adjust premiums for Medicare over three years starting in 2028 to account for the new dental coverage. The bill also provides funding for the 2025 fiscal year to help put these changes into place.
