NCAA Accountability Act of 2025

This bill sets rules for large college sports organizations that oversee at least 900 member schools, requiring them to follow fair investigation procedures when looking into rule violations by schools, student athletes, or other individuals. These organizations must give proper notice and follow due process when investigating whether their rules or membership requirements have been broken. The bill also requires the Department of Justice to set up a system where people can file complaints and have those complaints investigated if they appear to be valid.
