Justice for Murder Victims Act

This bill makes it so that someone can be charged with a federal murder crime no matter how much time passed between the act that caused a person's death and when the person actually died. For example, if someone was hurt and didn't die until years later because of that injury, the person responsible could still be prosecuted.
