Strengthening Support for American Manufacturing Act

This bill would require the Department of Commerce to hire the National Academy of Public Administration to study the parts of the department that deal with manufacturing and supply chains. The study would look at how well these offices are doing their jobs, what limits they face, and how they could work better and have more impact.
