A joint resolution to direct the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities within or against the Islamic Republic of Iran that have not been authorized by Congress.

This joint resolution says the President must pull U.S. military forces out of any fighting in or against Iran unless Congress has officially declared war or passed a law allowing the use of military force there. However, the resolution makes clear that it does not stop the United States from defending itself if there is an attack on the country or on American workers and buildings in other countries.
