A joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to "Air Plan Approval; Ohio; Withdrawal of Technical Amendment".

This resolution would cancel an EPA rule from January 2025 that put back in place Ohio's Air Nuisance Rule as part of the state's clean air plan. The EPA had removed that rule in 2020 but later decided that removal was a mistake and restored it. Under the Clean Air Act, states must have plans to meet national air quality standards, and Ohio's Air Nuisance Rule was part of that plan. If this resolution passes, the EPA's action to restore the Air Nuisance Rule would be undone.
