A joint resolution directing the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities in Ukraine that have not been authorized by Congress.

This resolution would require the President to pull U.S. military forces out of any fighting in or related to Ukraine within 30 days after the resolution is passed. The only exception would be if Congress officially declares war or passes a law specifically allowing the use of military forces there.
