A joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Bureau of Land Management relating to "Buffalo Field Office Record of Decision and Approved Resource Management Plan Amendment".

This joint resolution cancels a 2024 rule by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) that stopped federal coal in the Buffalo Field Office area in Wyoming from being leased out in the future. The BLM had changed its land use plan after a court ruling required it to study the climate effects of coal leasing and consider options to limit or stop it. By canceling this rule, the joint resolution would go back to the original 2015 plan, which allowed coal in that area to be available for leasing.
