A resolution condemning the attacks on Minnesota lawmakers in Brooklyn Park and Champlin, Minnesota and calling for unity and the rejection of political violence in Minnesota and across the United States.

This resolution condemns the attacks on Minnesota state legislators that took place on June 14, 2025, and asks the American people to recommit to a safe and peaceful democracy. It honors Speaker Emerita Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark Hortman, who were killed in the attacks, as well as Senator John Hoffman and his wife Yvette Hoffman, who were critically injured. The resolution also recognizes the law enforcement officers who quickly responded to the attacks and caught the suspected attacker.
