No Secrets. Data centers have such an impact on communities, we need to know we are being told the truth.
I think this bill is a good idea. We are not restricting companies; we are managing our government representatives. If someone is meant to represent me, then they would be able to publicly share back the information they have.
If the bill is as described above and it prevents the use of NDAs in data center permitting and oversight, I support that.
