Gender Delusion Disqualification Act

This bill would stop people who have been diagnosed with gender dysphoria — a condition where someone feels distress because the gender they experience doesn't match the gender they were assigned at birth — from holding certain government jobs or getting certain federal licenses. Specifically, it applies to jobs and credentials, like airline pilot licenses, where the government agency in charge has set mental health standards that a person must meet. Government agencies would have 180 days after the bill becomes law to put these new rules in place.
