Ensuring Continuity in Veterans Health Act

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to think about keeping a veteran's medical care consistent when deciding if the veteran should get care from outside doctors through the Veterans Community Care Program instead of VA doctors. The decision must consider whether switching providers would be in the veteran's best medical interest.
