Strengthening the Quad Act

This bill tells the State Department to work with Japan, Australia, and India to create a working group for closer cooperation on shared interests and values. These four countries together are called the Quad. The bill also requires the State Department to give Congress a plan for strengthening engagement with the Quad. This plan must summarize past and current Quad projects, including work on economic growth, technology cooperation, energy innovation, and supply chains, and recommend how Congress can help expand this cooperation.
