To provide additional funding for scholarships for students at 1890 institutions, and for other purposes.

This bill gives money to a scholarship program that helps students at historically Black colleges and universities who want to study food and agriculture. The bill provides funding for 2025 and future years, makes the program permanent, and says the scholarships can be used for both undergraduate and graduate degrees.
