Simplifying Forms for Veterans Claims Act

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to work with a research center to review the forms they send to people filing claims. The research center must write a report with suggestions on how to make the forms clearer and better organized. The VA must put some of these suggestions into action within two years of getting the report.
