Veterans Mental Health Crisis Referral Enhancement Act of 2025

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to start a three-year pilot program. Under this program, Vet Centers and VA medical facilities must give veterans who are having mental health crises referrals to approved mental health care providers that are not part of the VA system. The VA must write a report about how well the pilot program works and what results it produces.
