GRAIN DRY Act

This bill allows farmers to use a government loan program to build or improve propane storage facilities. The Farm Storage Facility Loan Program gives farmers low-cost loans to build or upgrade places to store their crops. Under this bill, farmers could also use these loans for propane storage buildings if the propane is mainly used for farming, like drying grain, powering irrigation, or heating barns.
