Dennis and Lois Krisfalusy Act

This bill makes more people eligible to get memorial headstones or markers from the government. Currently, spouses, surviving spouses, children, or dependents of veterans or military members can only get a memorial headstone if their remains are missing and they died on or after November 11, 1998. This bill would remove that date requirement, so these family members could get memorial headstones no matter when they died, as long as their remains are unavailable.
