DOE and NSF Interagency Research Act

This bill requires the Department of Energy and the National Science Foundation to work together on research projects. The two agencies must create a formal agreement to collaborate on research that helps both of their missions. They can work together on topics like artificial intelligence, share data between agencies, support research facilities, and create education programs. The agencies must also write reports about their collaboration.
