Automotive Support Services to Improve Safe Transportation Act of 2025

This bill changes the definition of medical services for veterans' benefits to include more types of car modifications that are medically necessary. The Department of Veterans Affairs would be able to pay for things like ramp and kneeling systems, lowered floors, mobility device lifts, non-articulating trailers, and modifications that help veterans get in and out of vehicles more easily.
