DOE and NASA Interagency Research Coordination Act

This bill allows the Department of Energy and NASA to officially work together on research projects. It lets them sign an agreement to do research that helps both agencies meet their goals. They can study things like dark matter, share large amounts of space and flight data, and let NASA use the Department of Energy's research facilities. The two agencies must write a report together about how they are working together.
