Veterans Claims Education Act of 2025

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to give certain information to veterans who file their first benefits claim without help from an accredited representative. The VA must tell these veterans that accredited people can help them, that veterans service organizations provide free help, and how to find these helpers through a search tool. The VA must also tell veterans how to report anyone who illegally charges fees to help with claims, and the VA's website must warn about what fees lawyers and agents can charge for help with benefits claims.
