Justice for Vaccine Injured Veterans Act of 2025

This bill creates a rule that assumes certain health conditions in veterans were caused by their military service if they got a COVID-19 vaccine while serving between August 24, 2021, and January 10, 2023. The specific conditions include myocarditis, pericarditis, thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome, and Guillain-Barre Syndrome, plus any other conditions the Department of Veterans Affairs decides are linked to the COVID-19 vaccine. Veterans with these conditions would be eligible for VA health care benefits and disability payments without having to prove the condition was caused by their military service. The VA must tell Congress if it adds new conditions to the list and report to Congress every 60 days for four years about claims related to COVID-19 vaccine conditions.
