Farm to Fly Act of 2025

This bill directs the Department of Agriculture to include sustainable aviation fuels in its renewable energy programs that provide support and incentives for clean energy projects. The bill defines sustainable aviation fuel as liquid fuel that meets international standards, isn't made from certain materials like palm oil or petroleum, and reduces greenhouse gas emissions by at least 50% compared to regular jet fuel. The Department of Agriculture must work across all its programs to advance sustainable aviation fuels, find ways to help develop and sell these fuels commercially, support rural economic development, and encourage partnerships between government and private companies.
