Veteran Appeals Transparency Act of 2025

This bill requires the Board of Veterans Appeals to publish a weekly list showing which cases are assigned to each board member for a decision that week. The list does not have to include cases that have been moved ahead in line or sent back for more review. The notice must explain that just because a case appears on the list doesn't mean the board has to make a decision on it that same week.
