7(a) Loan Agent Oversight Act

This bill requires the Small Business Administration to create a yearly report about 7(a) loan agents. These agents are people who help small businesses apply for SBA loans in exchange for fees. The report must include how many agents are helping loan applicants, how many fraudulent loans involved agents, the rate at which loans using agents get purchased, and the total amount of referral fees paid to these agents.
