Apache County and Navajo County Conveyance Act of 2025

This bill requires the Forest Service to give certain pieces of land in the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest to Navajo County and Apache County in Arizona. The counties must use the land for cemeteries. The counties are responsible for paying all costs related to the transfer, including surveys and environmental studies.
