TAP Promotion Act

This bill requires that counseling sessions for military members leaving service must include a presentation about benefits available from the Department of Veterans Affairs. The VA must create a yearly report about these presentations that shows which veterans groups participate, how many service members attend, and any suggested improvements to the presentation.
