Veterans Homecare Choice Act of 2025

This bill would allow the Department of Veterans Affairs to use nurse registries as health care providers in its Community Care Program. A nurse registry is a licensed person or organization that finds work contracts for registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, home health aides, companions, or homemakers who provide health care or help with daily activities. These workers would be able to provide services to veterans and get paid through the program.
