Agricultural Commodities Price Enhancement Act

This bill would raise the reference prices used to calculate payments for wheat, corn, soybeans, peanuts, and seed cotton under two farm assistance programs called ARC and PLC. These programs give money to farmers when crop prices or revenues fall below certain levels. The higher reference prices would be used to determine how much financial help eligible farmers receive from these programs.
