To amend the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to authorize a study to review specific outcomes of entrepreneurial skills development programs, and for other purposes.

This bill says that states must include information about starting a small business and connect people to small business support services as part of their career programs. It also requires the Department of Labor to study programs across multiple states that help people build skills for starting their own businesses, including looking at what has worked well.
